This Return and Refund Policy explains our approach to returns and refunds for our digital products, ensuring a clear and fair experience.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase through our Shopify-powered website (reashomegrown.com). Once downloaded, digital products (e.g., activity guides, printable routines) cannot be returned in the same way as physical items due to their non-tangible nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
- No Refunds for Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of our digital products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or as otherwise required by law.
- Defective Products: If a digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible download link), you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue (e.g., error message, screenshot).
- Incorrect Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of purchase. At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for the correct product or a refund, provided the original product has not been used or downloaded.
3. Refund Process
- How to Request a Refund: Email us at reashomegrown@gmail.com with your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue (e.g., defective file or incorrect purchase). We’ll respond within 2-3 business days to assess your request.
- Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Replacements: For defective products, we may first offer a replacement file or new download link. If the issue persists, a refund may be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- You change your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
- You encounter technical issues unrelated to our product (e.g., incompatible software, device limitations).
- You fail to contact us within 7 days of purchase for defective or incorrect products.
5. Sales Tax
